The world of safety is changing all the time and here at Pro Safety & Rescue, Inc., we work tirelessly to stay on the leading edge of local, state, and federal regulations. We offer a wide range of solutions within our safety department to fine any need that you may have come up. Partnerships in safety can not only help your bottom line, it can help reduce insurance ratings, incident rates, or help you land that new project.
Our safety team is not your typical garden variety professionals. All of our safety professionals are W2 team members of Pro Safety & Rescue, Inc. That’s right, no 1099 contractors here. We make sure that the safety professionals you team up with have the heartbeat of our company. We do not fill the positions with people that act like cops. We hire servant leaders, mentors, and coaches. As a matter of fact, we have a little acronym for just such a thing.
C = Caring about the people and the safety of operations
O = Observant in unsafe and safe acts in our operation
A = Approachable and active involvement
C = Communicator
H = Helpful
In today’s busy work place, maybe you don’t need a full time safety professional or consultant, maybe you just come across a policy or procedure you don’t understand. Don’t worry about it, we are always here to help. We can help guide you through those policies and procedures so that you can get the answers you need.
An extra set of eyes is always a good thing. As we work in our environment, our brains become complacent with potential hazards around us. This is a natural thing that happens to everyone. Bringing in those extra eyes will allow someone fresh and new to see your working environment for the first time, giving them the ability to see things that you overlook.
Our team of safety professionals take great pride in performing assessments and inspections. They are well versed in local, state, and federal regulations to help identify areas of concern. They will walk the areas, take measurements, pictures, and notes so that they can write a detailed report of their findings.
Here are just a few of the assessments we can do for you:
- Fall Protection
- Confined Space
- Walking / Working surfaces
- Workplace safety
- Behavioral Based Safety
- Office and Workplace Ergonomics
